Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive 3–7 business days after that, so most orders land within 10 business days of ordering. We currently ship within the United States only. Full details on our Shipping info page.

Once your order ships you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to go live after dispatch — if it is still blank after that, email us and we'll chase the carrier.

30 days to return from delivery. If a lamp does not light, flickers, or has a fault in the socket, switch or cord, tell us within 30 days and we replace it or refund you.
